Although these three bullet points may appear to be simple, our consulting team takes great pride in the level of detail we provide.

We recognize that collecting 85-90% of the billable charges is easy to achieve.  It is the remaining 10-15% that costs the company. The time, energy and effort it takes to collect the remaining 10-15% can leave a practice struggling and over-staffing,  in order to collect. Our approach allows an outside company to assess the opportunities within a practice and improve on those collections the first time. These processes/controls increase cash flow, drop AR days, improve first run clean claim rates, and provide a shift to the left in patient collections, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
